Great post from a friend blogger - Cindy about loving what you do by a guy called Paul Graham (no relation to Billy I think :)
Paul does have some good points, but (and I'm happy to be wrong about this) it's not exactly real world thinking. I love teaching I love the classroom, don't want to be a manger but...getting older starting a family need promotion need money have responsabilities. People are forced to some extent away from what they love to do, to do what they have to do. I love what I do except some of the admin stuff, even marking is ok but perhaps there's a need for another essay maybe ...'Loving what you have to do'. There is a book called 'FISH' that comes close to the answer I think, I'll try and post some details on it, when I can find it :)
